Stock Controller

Our client, a well-established and growing precision engineering company based in Stonehouse, has an exciting new opportunity for a Stock Controller to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to business growth and increased demand.

The successful Stock Controller should have:

Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Good basic Excel and computer skills
The ability to work accurately in a busy, fast-paced environment
A reliable and proactive approach to work
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
In this role, the Stock Controller will be responsible for:

Distributing products and materials to the production line, including lifting up to 25kg
Monitoring stock levels and stores activity to ensure products are available when required
Updating delivery dates, tracking information and stock records accurately
Confirming deliveries and escalating any delays or issues where required
Maintaining accurate spreadsheets and supporting the wider team with general logistics administration
Our client is offering the successful Stock Controller a salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including free on-site parking, 20 days holiday + paid Christmas break, brilliant annual company Christmas trip, full training, pension and brilliant onsite facilities.
