Are you a stock control whizz who knows their way around a Warehouse Management System? We're looking for someone who can take ownership of stock accuracy, tackle discrepancies and keep warehouse operations running smoothly!

📍 Location: Normanton, WF6

💷 Pay: £16–£18 per hour, depending on experience

⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm

The Opportunity
10 Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Stock Controller & WMS Subject Matter Expert to join a busy warehouse operation in Normanton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys getting stuck into stock investigations, improving warehouse processes and making sure everything adds up!
You'll be the go-to person for stock accuracy and WMS compliance, supporting colleagues both on the warehouse floor and behind the scenes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Manage stock accuracy, cycle counts and inventory checks.
Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in Astro WMS.
Monitor warehouse compliance and challenge incorrect processes.
Produce stock reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support colleagues with WMS queries, training and troubleshooting.
Work alongside operations and IT to resolve system issues.
Assist with customer onboarding, stock reconciliation and audits.

✅ What We're Looking For:
✔️ Previous warehouse stock control or inventory management experience.
✔️ Practical experience using a Warehouse Management System.
✔️ Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
✔️ Confidence investigating discrepancies and resolving issues.
✔️ A solid understanding of warehouse operations.
✔️ Excellent communication skills and the confidence to ensure procedures are followed.

🌟 Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience using Astro WMS by Consafe Logistics.
Previous WMS Super User experience.
Experience with system training or process improvements.
A background in multi-customer logistics.
