Salary: £30,500 per year + potential £2,000 annual bonus
Shift: Sunday to Thursday
⏰ Hours: 45 hours per week

We’re recruiting a Workflow & Stock Inventory Controller to join a busy distribution operation in Aylesbury. You’ll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly, ensuring orders are accurate, stock levels are correct and the team always has work ready to go.

What will you be doing?

Planning and prioritising customer orders to maintain a smooth warehouse workflow.

Investigating stock shortages and finding solutions to keep orders moving.

Checking outgoing orders to ensure the correct products and quantities have been picked.

Carrying out regular stock counts and supporting stock audits.

Investigating stock discrepancies, damages and losses, producing reports where required.

Working closely with warehouse and management teams to resolve issues quickly.

Identifying and correcting errors while minimising disruption to daily operations.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in stock control, inventory or warehouse operations.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Good IT skills, ideally including Excel and warehouse management or ERP systems.

The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and a practical, problem-solving approach.

Someone who takes ownership of their work and understands the importance of keeping a warehouse running efficiently.

What's on offer?

£30,500 annual salary

Potential discretionary annual bonus of up to £2,000, subject to performance against agreed KPIs.

Permanent employment with a Sunday-to-Thursday working pattern.
