Stocks Operations Manager - Fresh Produce
Location: Kent, initially onsite Monday to Friday - after 6 months, 2 days hybrid flexibility
Salary: £40,000 + Guaranteed Bonus + Private HC
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're working with a leading name in the fresh produce industry looking to appoint a Stocks Operations Manager to oversee key areas of stock, planning, and operational control across major retail accounts.

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where you'll be right at the heart of operations - keeping things running smoothly from planning through to packing and logistics.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Handling purchase and sales order entry for key customers
* Managing key trackers - stock movement, programme, and packing
* Leading daily calls with the Global team to align on stock and orders
* Booking transport in line with packing and dispatch schedules
* Supporting packhouse planning and coordination
* Processing invoices and account sales
* Managing and communicating claims via ERP (Prophet)
* Approving and forwarding debit notes to the accounts team
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to planning

What We're Looking For:
* Strong ERP knowledge - Prophet experience is a a requirement
* Experience in fresh produce or a similarly fast-paced sector
* Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Good communicator and stakeholder manager
* Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities

Package & Benefits:
* Salary of up to £40,000
* Guaranteed bonus of over £3,000

* Start-finish 9-5pm but can be flexible 30-60minutes either side
