We are looking for a dedicated Stock System Analyst where you will use your knowledge of the Tevalis Stock Module to assist in resolving queries, detailing the cause of any issue and the required resolution process. This includes confidently communicating with a client via phone, email, online/on-site meetings, or through updating tickets within Halo.
Roles and Responsibilities
Auditing a client's stock system to identify potential future issues, and writing reviews for each client while providing solutions.
Collaborating with the Support, Projects, and Development teams to ensure comprehensive Stock implementation and support. Coordinating with the Support Team when issues fall under their scope, and working with Projects to ensure initial setup and configuration meet the client's needs.
Reconciling reports to find discrepancies within data using the Tevalis Stock Module, the Tevalis e-POS, and Microsoft SQL. This includes identifying discrepancies in revenue, physical stock, stock movements, and cost of sales.
Conducting online meetings with clients confidently and assertively. These meetings can be scheduled by yourself, your line manager, or a member of the Projects Department. Meetings range from short 10-15 minute sessions to discuss outstanding issues to 1-2 hour sessions to educate clients on the Stock Module.
Performing managed services for clients, which involves carrying out updates and requests raised to the Stock Department within a set lead time.
Providing root cause analysis into issues reported by clients both individually and as part of a team.
Ensuring processes are followed to maintain a safe working environment, with an emphasis on safety first.
