• Experience within the fashion retail sector, with a customer-first approach

• A passion for developing people and leading high-performing retail teams

• Strong commercial and operational understanding, including experience with P&L Responsibility

• A confident decision maker who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment

• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
