Store Manager | Outdoor Retail | Callander | £27,500 + Bonus

What you'll be doing:

• Leading, coaching, and developing your store team

• Delivering excellent customer service and driving store sales

• Managing KPIs, P&L, stock control, and compliance

• Maintaining high standards of merchandising and store presentation

• Providing ongoing product knowledge training and support to the team

• Reporting on performance and working closely with the Area Manager

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or strong Supervisor

• A passion for the outdoors and enthusiasm for outdoor products

• A proven track record of driving sales and delivering results

• Strong operational knowledge and commercial awareness

• Excellent team leadership and communication skills

• Fashion or outdoor retail experience is a bonus, but not essential
