Key Responsibilities of a Store Manager:

• Take full ownership of store operations and performance
• Lead on Retail Management, customer experience, and commercial success
• Deliver exceptional Customer Service Excellence at all times
• Motivate, coach and inspire your team through strong Team Management
• Monitor KPIs, sales targets and have full P&L Responsibility
• Ensure outstanding standards of Visual Merchandising and presentation
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and ongoing Training & Development

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role
• Background in premium, luxury, or fashion retail
• Passion for delivering results through people and performance
• A hands-on leader who thrives on building high-performing teams
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage all aspects of store operations
• Professional, positive, and focused on excellence in every area
