Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver strong sales leadership to drive store performance and exceed targets
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team focused on customer service excellence
• Manage all retail operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance
• Oversee recruitment & training to build a skilled, motivated team
• Ensure the store is presented to the highest standards, in line with company guidelines
• Take full P&L responsibility to ensure profitability and effective cost management
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail setting, especially during peak periods
