As the Store Manager, you'll put the customer journey at the heart of everything you do. You'll take pride in your store's appearance and ensure that visual merchandising is spot-on throughout the day. What you'll be doing:

• Lead with passion for retail and music

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve great results

• Manage a large, high-traffic store with operational excellence

• Ideally bring experience from fast-paced retail environments

• Develop a team that actively engages with customers at all times

• Make key commercial decisions to enhance store performance

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards

• Drive and motivate the management team to perform at their best

• Oversee recruitment, induction, and training to build a team focused on sales and customer value

• Be commercially aware, able to monitor business performance and address underperforming areas
