Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Saffron Walden
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Term: Permanent.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. 5 days per week including some Saturdays

RecruitAbility are looking an experienced Store Manager to join their client’s high end business in Saffron Walden. You will need to lead, inspire and develop a high performing team to meet the needs of future company growth, whilst always acting with integrity.

The Role of Store Manager:

• Support the store team to grow their product knowledge and enhance their client interaction.
• Implement promotional activities and customer eventing opportunities
• Focus on delivering a profit growth through, sales generation and effective cost control across the store

To be considered for the role of Store Manager:

• Experience in a similar role is essential
• You will have experience of leading, inspiring and developing a team
• Enjoy engaging with customers both face to face and on the phone
• Have the flexibility to work weekends when necessary
• Full UK driving licence and car

The Package for Store Manager:

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. 5 day per week including some Saturdays
