Are you a driven and dynamic retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Store Manager to take full ownership of the Andover store for our client. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the full running of the store - leading your team, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager:

• Overseeing stock sourcing, preparation, and visual merchandising
• Driving stock donations and building strong community connections
• Leading and developing a diverse team of staff and volunteers
• Managing cash handling, banking and financial reporting
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
• Delivering excellent customer service and cultivating a welcoming store environment

About You:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Store Manager with a background in retail. You'll be confident managing a team, commercially focused, and enjoy creating a positive store culture where people are motivated to deliver their best every day.
