A Typical Day

No two days are the same, but here’s a glimpse:

- Opening up, prepping the team, and checking the day’s priorities

- Welcoming customers, advising on kit, sharing trail recommendations, and ringing through sales

- Organising stock and making the store look its best

- Hosting local events, meetups or School of Adventure sessions

- Wrapping up the day with a tidy shop, happy team, and money in the till!

Your Expertise

You’ve got: - Previous experience managing or supervising a retail store

- A solid track record in motivating teams and achieving targets

- A people-first approach: you're confident, approachable and supportive

- The ability to adapt, problem-solve and keep cool in a fast-paced environment
