What you'll be doing:

As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, making sure your team delivers a first-class experience every day. You'll take ownership of store standards, team development, and commercial performance.

• Lead and develop your team through excellent leadership and people management
• Deliver strong sales management and ensure all targets are met
• Take full control of inventory management, stock levels, and deliveries
• Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and presentation
• Handle all aspects of profit and loss (P&L) management
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture focused on customer service and results
