• Retail leadership experience - Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor

• A proven track record in driving sales and leading high-performing teams

• Strong operational know-how - including P&L, KPIs, and compliance

• Outdoor, footwear, or fashion retail experience is a bonus - but great people leadership is key
