Store Manager

An iconic global name in luxury - known for its authenticity, craftsmanship, and cultural relevance - is seeking a Store Manager to lead its prestigious boutique in Frankfurt.

• Own the commercial, operational, and cultural performance of the store

• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences

• Champion CRM and clienteling strategies to drive customer loyalty and long-term value

• Ensure operational excellence across stock, visual merchandising, and team standards

• Act as a brand ambassador - representing heritage, discretion, and luxury service standards

• Build a values-led culture that celebrates individuality, inclusion, and excellence

• 4+ years of experience in a luxury retail leadership role (Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager)

• Proven success in driving store performance through clienteling and customer loyalty initiatives

• Commercial acumen with confidence in using KPIs to inform decisions

• A hands-on, visible leadership style - coaching and inspiring teams day-to-day

• Fluent in English - this is essential

• German language skills are a strong plus

• Composed, professional, and passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences
