As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Taking full ownership of day-to-day retail operations and store performance

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team

• Driving store sales, KPIs and profitability through strong commercial awareness

• Ensuring outstanding customer service at all times

• Managing stock, visual merchandising and store standards

• Overseeing recruitment, training, performance management and team development

• Taking responsibility for all aspects of compliance, reporting and P&L

We're looking for a retail leader who:

• Has experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fashion retail environment
