Your Role as Store Manager:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional customer experiences and sales growth
• Drive commercial success through data-led decision making, KPI management, and strategic planning
• Take full ownership of store operations: stock management, compliance, merchandising, and budgeting
• Collaborate closely with regional and head office teams to align on brand standards and business priorities
• Recruit and nurture talent, building a strong bench for future leadership roles
• Act as a key contributor to broader business goals with potential to progress into multi-site or area leadership

What We're Looking For:

• Proven success as a Store Manager or Retail Manager in fashion, lifestyle, or large-format retail environments
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and P&L responsibility
• Hands-on leader who drives team engagement, coaching, and development
• Exceptional customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills
• Organised, resilient, and solutions-driven under pressure
• Ambition to grow beyond single-store management into multi-site or area management roles
