What you'll be doing:

• Leading a passionate retail team in a fast-paced environment

• Driving sales, hitting targets, and maximising store performance

• Delivering exceptional service and expert product knowledge

• Coaching and developing your team to be their best

• Managing day-to-day operations, stock control and visual merchandising

• Representing the brand with energy, pride and positivity

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Shop Manager

• Confident leader with strong people management skills

• Results-driven with a commercial mindset

• Organised, motivated and great under pressure

• Genuine interest in running, cycling, fitness or outdoor sports

• Flexible with working hours, including weekends
