Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing a team within a luxury, accessories, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle environment.
• Retail Skills: Strong background in face-to-face retail.
• KPI Knowledge: Understanding of sales and operational KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising: Passion for visual merchandising and maintaining high store standards.
• Customer Service: Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoying time on the shop floor.
• Leadership: Excellent management skills with the ability to lead and develop your team.
