Job Description - Store Manager

Exciting Opportunity: Store Manager at ProCook Bath Store!

We are thrilled to announce that we are searching for a new leader with a passion for kitchenware, following an internal promotion. ProCook, a leading UK kitchenware retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to oversee our operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This is a full-time 40hrs/week position in our Bath Store!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and skills.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and engagement within the store.


Your Impact:

As Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and contributing to the growth of the ProCook brand.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in retail management in a similar Store.
  • Great customer facing skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and retail operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for kitchenware and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and make informed decisions.
