Your Role:

As the Store Manager, you will spearhead operations, drive sales, and cultivate an environment that inspires both customers and colleagues. Your leadership will ensure that our store not only meets but exceeds sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure store efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Maintain inventory levels and supervise product management.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for cooking and knowledge of kitchenware products is a bonus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data effectively.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
