About the role:

You’ll lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth store operations. With a focus on both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, the Store Manager plays a key role in achieving business goals and upholding the values of the Starbucks brand. What you’ll do:  

• Take full accountability for the overall performance of the store, delivering exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, compliance, and profitability.


• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.


• Take ownership of the store's commercial performance, driving sales growth, maximising profitability, and delivering financial targets through effective management of labour, stock, waste, and other controllable costs.


• Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and creating a welcoming environment for colleagues and customers alike.


• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning to build a skilled, capable and future-focused team.


• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, health & safety, compliance and cleanliness are consistently maintained across the store.


• Use performance data and commercial insights to identify opportunities, drive improvement, and enhance operational and financial results.


• Maintain excellent store standards, product availability, and brand compliance while building strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and the local community.

What we are looking for:  

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. 


• Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team effectively 


• Dedicated to delivering excellent service that exceeds customer expectations 


• The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced environment
