Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for retail management.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your ability to manage and motivate a team will be crucial in achieving our store's objectives and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

This post is for 40 Hours Over Any 5 out of 7 Days.

Responsibilities

* Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies.

* Lead and inspire a team of sales advisors, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

* Communicate effectively with staff to ensure clarity of goals and expectations while providing ongoing training and support.

* Supervise daily activities to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.

* Implement effective sales management techniques to achieve sales targets and drive profitability.

* Organise promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

* Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for development.

* Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales reports, inventory levels, and employee schedules.

Experience

* Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers and staff alike.

* Demonstrated experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail, ensuring that store operations run smoothly.

* Ability to adapt to changing retail environments while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
