The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the performance and day-to-day operation of the store.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team

Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance

Creating an outstanding customer experience and building customer loyalty

Taking ownership of store performance and identifying opportunities to grow sales

Coaching your team to improve performance and reach their potential

Recruiting, onboarding and developing new team members

Managing rotas, payroll, stock and other operational responsibilities

Maintaining excellent standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

Using commercial data and KPIs to make informed decisions

Building a positive and engaging team culture

Ensuring operational standards, policies and procedures are consistently maintained

About You

We're looking for a commercially strong Store Manager who understands how to balance people, product and performance.

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager/Deputy Manager

Experience within fashion, lifestyle, clothing, footwear, accessories or premium retail

A proven track record of delivering sales targets and KPIs

Strong experience leading, coaching and developing a retail team

A genuine focus on customer experience and service

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to use data to drive performance

Excellent communication and leadership skills

A hands-on approach with the confidence to lead from the front

Strong organisational and operational skills

The ability to take ownership, make decisions and drive results

This would suit an established Store Manager looking for a fresh challenge, as well as a strong Assistant Store Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step.
