Job Description - Store Manager

Are you a Store Manager, Operations Manager, Trading Manager, Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager looking for your next step? We're looking for a Store Manager to join our store team in Yeovil, Somerset!
About the Role
Leading your management team & colleagues in store, youll run your store like its your own business - overseeing all aspects of your stores operations from stock to recruitment. Youll have the freedom to think for yourself, using your commercial knowledge to maximise sales potential in your store.
We dont have office managers at B&M! Our managers are out there on the floor, getting stuck in and playing a key part in the successful runnin of your store! Whether its processing deliveries, assisting customers, supporting with floor moves or managing compliance, youll be a hands-on leader!

Youll work closely with your team, driving them to achieve their best. And you'll coach and inspire them to reach their full potential they could be a manager of the future with your guidance!

What You'll Need:
Store Management experience within a fast-paced and high turnover Retail environment
Experience of managing & developing medium to large sized teams
A history of successfully working towards & achieving KPIs
Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends & bank holidays
Experience within an FMCG/big box setting is ideal, but not essential. If you feel youve got the people, organisational and commercial skills to successfully run your own B&M store, we'd love to hear from you!
