Store Manager, Essex Region

The Role

This is a Full time 40 hour per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will occasionally also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 5pm) on a rotational basis, to which you will have time off in lieu.

Their decorator centre in Essex Region is looking for a new Store Manager. With a helping hand from the Assistant Manager, you'll be in charge of day-to-day store operations, monitoring targets, profits and losses, as well as looking after the development, engagement and motivation of store colleagues. You'll also take on an account manager role, forming close partnerships with key customers and ensuring they receive expert advice, exceptional service and a perfect cuppa every time they shop with us.
