Store Manager About the Role:

Full responsibility for store operations, sales, team leadership, and stock management
Drive business development and achieve sales and profit targets
Lead, train, and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional service
Maintain high standards in merchandising, customer service, and health & safety

Store ManagerIdeal Fit:

Proven retail management experience
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Passion for customer service and beauty products
Full UK driving licence essential

Store Opening Hours:
Monday 9am–7pm
Tuesday to Friday 9am–5pm
Sunday 10am–1pm (closed Saturdays except when on rota)
(37.5-hour week across a 2-week rota: either Friday-Saturday off or Saturday-Sunday off)
