About You

* Experienced Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager within beauty, lifestyle, home, or premium retail.

* Enthusiastic about customer experience & storytelling.

* A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and empowers others.

* Commercially astute with a record of achieving targets.

* Organised, proactive, and confident in managing all aspects of store operations.

* Warm, engaging, and able to build rapport.

* Passionate about wellbeing, self-care, and creating a calming retail environment
