STORE MANAGER – FLAGSHIP BOUTIQUE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive and exceed sales targets by developing a high-performance sales and service culture
• Champion clienteling initiatives and ensure seamless, luxury-level service
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on KPIs and succession planning
• Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, stock management, and Model Store compliance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Store Manager in premium/luxury retail
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing successful clienteling strategies
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build and retain a motivated team
• Solid commercial acumen, understanding of retail KPIs, and experience managing store P&L
• Confident in navigating store systems, managing rotas, and upholding brand standards
