STORE MANAGER, LUXURY FRAGRANCE MAISON

MILAN, CENTRAL AREA

About:

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 4 people, managing all front of house tasks and back of house operations
• Inspire and motivate your team fostering ownership and accountability
• KPI's, CRM, After sale, Boutique operations, Reporting
• Monitor sales data and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals, proposing any business initiatives necessary to reach the allocated budgets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand
• Demonstrated expertise in retail management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, CRM, and clientelling
• Fluent in English language

Offering:

• Salary up to €50K, depending on experience
