STORE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 14 people within a busy department store, managing all front of house tasks and back of house operations
• KPI’s, thrive on challenges and have a strong results-driven approach
• CRM, clientelling and after-sale service is crucial
• A strong personality able to inspire and motivate your team fostering ownership, accountability and sales
• Monitor sales data and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals, proposing any business initiatives necessary to reach the allocated budgets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5/6 years of Management / Floor Management / Concession Manager / Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand
• Entrepreneurial mindset – need to coach and train sales team to be proactive with clients, approaching and closing sales
• Looking for a strong personality, charismatic, hands-on manager, always present on the floor and very supportive, with an excellent interpersonal skill
• Fluent in Arabic and English languages, and proficiency in a third language would be a valuable asset

Offering:

• Salary up to €30k AED, according to experience
