RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the delivery of outstanding retail customer service, as well as achieve commercial success.
Enhance customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Focused on mentoring, coaching, and training the team to successfully meet store objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years as a Store manager or Department manager experience
Have extensive experience in cultivating and nurturing robust, enduring relationships with clients.
Exceptional communication skills, energy, and an influential personality are essential, along with a polished appearance and articulate communication.

OFFERING:
Basic Salary up to £45000 plus bonus structure
