An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Manager to join a well-established premium menswear retailer in the heart of Central London. This flagship store is known for delivering exceptional customer experiences and offering high-quality tailoring and formalwear.

We are looking for a commercially driven, service-focused leader who can inspire a team and take full ownership of store performance. If you have a background in luxury or premium retail—especially menswear or suiting—this role offers excellent progression in a respected retail environment.

• Lead and motivate the store team to consistently deliver world-class customer service and exceed sales targets.
• Uphold and promote the brand’s reputation for quality, professionalism, and excellence in tailored menswear.
• Drive store performance through effective team management, KPIs, and a deep understanding of customer behaviour.
• Champion a client-focused approach, building long-lasting relationships and maximising repeat business.
• Ensure the store is always beautifully presented in line with the brands visual and merchandising standards.
• Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the in-store team.
• Manage all operational aspects of the store, including stock management, health & safety, and compliance.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion retail

• Background in menswear, suiting, or tailoring highly advantageous

• Passionate about delivering a high-end, client-focused experience

• Confident leader with strong communication and people-management skills
