WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the store: oversee daily operations, team performance, and store atmosphere.

• Deliver exceptional service: create a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.

• Drive results: manage targets, budgets, and push the store to exceed expectations.

• Maintain visual excellence: ensure merchandising is on point and the store stays fresh.

• Build and support your team: recruit, train, motivate, and lead by example.

• Optimize operations: manage stock, control costs, and streamline processes for success.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced retail leader, preferably with streetwear or fashion background.

• Confident, motivational, and inspiring  you lead with energy and empathy.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer-focused and solution-driven, always putting people first.

• Available on weekends and holidays  that’s when the store truly shines.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a major plus.

• Based in London and ready to start soon!
