Job Type: Permanent, 40 Hours

Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 Uncapped!
(commission & bonus' are paid the month after the sale is completed not on delivery)

We are seeking a sales driven leader for our NCF at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. You will need to have a demonstrable history of leading, coaching, and motivating a successful sales team.

Your passion and empathy for people will allow you to develop relationships high in trust and allow your team to grow. You will also be rewarded for your personally completed sales, so a passion for leading from the front is essential.
