Job Description - Store Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate store associates to reach sales targets.
  • Manage daily store operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
  • Assist in training new team members.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in retail.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high -pressure situations and solve problems.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
