The role:

The Supervisor will assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store. The successful applicant will take ownership of a number of duties while ensuring that the store's KPIs are achieved. Furthermore, in the Manager’s absence, the Supervisor will be the first point of contact, responsible for motivating the in-store team to drive sales, offer exceptional customer service, and expose our brand to unfamiliar customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that customer interactions are natural, that the team are giving a genuine OMNES experience and be responsible for that journey.
Ensure that values are in line with company guidelines.
Ensure that targets such as conversion, ATV and sales are achieved
Complete weekly trade reports and give quantitive feedback
Attract and engage customers into making purchases in-store by making quick commercial decisions
Alongside the store manager, operational duties in store e.g. delivery, cash handling and VM support.
