We are looking for a proactive and organised Logistics & Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team based in King's Cross. This is a varied, hands-on position that combines logistics, asset management, compliance coordination, and technology support.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of goods, equipment, and engineering assets, while supporting compliance activities and maintaining operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods and equipment. Coordinate the movement and tracking of engineering assets and tools. Support compliance activities, including scheduling and tracking equipment calibrations. Manage equipment servicing requirements and maintain accurate records. Oversee inventory and asset control, ensuring all items are tracked effectively. Support the management of technology equipment, including issuing replacement devices when required. Liaise with engineers and operational teams to ensure equipment availability and readiness. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting relating to logistics and compliance activities.About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, practical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, you'll have:
Experience within a warehouse, logistics, stores or inventory management environment. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Experience managing stock, assets, or equipment records. Good communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.Desirable
Previous experience supporting engineering teams. Knowledge of calibration, servicing schedules or compliance requirements. Experience managing technology assets or equipment. Forklift licence or experience operating warehouse equipment. Experience using stock management, ERP or asset tracking systems.What's on Offer?
