Abatec is currently recruiting for an experienced Stores Warehouse Assistant / Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our client based in Weston-super-Mare.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone with a hands-on warehouse or stores background who is looking for a stable role within a busy logistics and production environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.

* Loading and unloading deliveries.

* Supplying production teams with materials.

* Managing stock movements and maintaining accurate stores records.

* Processing goods in and goods out.

* Picking and preparing orders.

* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

* Supporting general warehouse and logistics operations.

What We're Looking For

* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence – essential.

* Full UK Driving Licence with no penalty points – essential.

* Previous experience in warehouse, stores, logistics or production.

* Good organisational and communication skills.

* A reliable, practical and safety-conscious approach.

* Willingness to carry out hands-on warehouse duties.
