Job Description

We require a STORES / MATERIALS COORDINATOR for work in ABERDEENSHIRE to start ASAP!

Position: Stores / Materials Coordinator
Date: ASAP
Duration: 2-3 months est
Location: Aberdeenshire

The Inventory Co-ordinator is responsible for the following key activities:
Management of incoming goods and inventory control.

Specific Tasks :
Interface with delivery drivers and take receipt of incoming goods.
Confirm incoming goods are as per purchase order requirements. Report any anomalies and liase with project management/SCM function to resolve.
Manage inventory list.
Receipt incoming parts via D365 ERP system.
Store parts and update Inventory list.
Collate parts from inventory for internal builds per workpack requirements.
Report on shortages.
Prepare completed parts for delivery, preparing delivery paperwork.
Liase with all aspects of delivery.
General housekeeping of workshop / stores.

Support accounts department to review and approve receipted Invoices to ensure delivery completed satisfactorily prior to approving Invoices for payment.

Ensure that project and company quality procedures together with business management systems are adhered to at all times.

Upkeep and housekeeping of server files and folders as appropriate.

Participate when required in departmental improvement projects, highlight areas for improvement.

Ensure Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times, actively promote good HSE practices.

Ability to operate pallet stacker, gantry crane and 5T forklift would be desirable.
