Stores Operative

LOCATIONS: 15 Mandela Way, London, SE1 5SS

SHIFT PATTERN: Friday 10pm - Saturday 10am and Saturday 10pm - Sunday 10am, 24 hours per week

SALARY: £18295.6 per annum

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

To manage the storage and safekeeping of goods in a warehouse environment.

Receiving goods from suppliers, checking the goods for damage and to store correctly.

Tracking the movement of goods and be responsible for all paperwork relating to the receiving and dispatching of goods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with suppliers, engineers and client
• Location of stock, issuing shortages, stock counting
• Good housekeeping ethic
• Goods inwards and receipting of stock

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in warehouse operations
• Good communication and organised skills
• Computer literate and numerate
