Stores Operative

AerMaven, a fast-growing leader in aviation support and services, is opening a new facility—and we’re looking for a dedicated Stores Operative to join our team from the ground up.

About the Role:

As a Stores Operative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our engineering and operational team by ensuring the accurate handling, traceability, and control of aircraft parts and components. You'll be working in a safety-critical environment where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are key.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming parts and materials.
• Maintain clear traceability and documentation for all inbound and outbound parts.
• Organize, store, and issue parts in accordance with company procedures and aviation regulations.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation.
• Support continuous improvement of stores’ processes as we grow and evolve.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a store or logistics role, ideally in an aviation or technical environment.
• Good knowledge of stores processes and procedures, including trace paperwork.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across different tasks as the facility expands.
