Based in Loughborough, our manufacturing facility handles everything in-house — from raw material processing to welding, fabrication, painting, and full assembly of bespoke acoustic units. Stores Operative

This is a superb opportunity for Stores Operative to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Stores Operative to support the team through these exciting times.

The Role

* Stock rotation

* Allocation of parts/jobs

* Goods In / Goods Out

* Purchase invoice queries

* Control of tools for our head office

* Locate and identify stock for distribution

* Packaging up parts and dispatching them

* Working to Wiltech Acoustics procedures and using our own bespoke systems

* General tidiness within the store’s department

* Dealing with waste management

* Report any anomalies to the line manager using the Non-conformance system

* Build and maintain effective relations with other departments

* Provide guidance and coaching for stakeholders on Inventory practices

* Hours : 2pm till 10pm Monday to Friday (15% Shift Allowance)

The Person

* Picking and packing experience

* Counterbalance – FLT (desirable)

* Hold a full UK Driving license (desirable)

* Good communication skills

* Able to work from a pick sheet

* Problem-solving

* Competency in IT

* Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
