Stores Operative

We’re looking for a Stores Operative to join a manufacturing business in Droylsden.

This is a role suited to someone with stores or warehouse experience, as you will be supporting goods-in, stock control, kitting and general stores activity.

* £13.50 per hour

* 8-week temporary contract

* Mon – Thu | 8am – 4:30pm

* Fri | 8am – 12pm

* Weekly pay

* Early finish on Fridays

What will you be doing as a Stores Operative?

* Supporting kitting and Kanban activity

* Putting away raw materials, parts and components from goods-in

* Using handheld terminals

* Carrying out physical count checks

* Supporting PI counting

* Keeping stores areas clean, tidy and organised

* Following health and safety procedures

What will you need?

* 3+ years’ stores or warehouse experience

* Confidence working with stock, materials, parts or components

* A reliable and organised approach to stores work
