?? Full-time | Permanent | Mon – Thurs: 7:15am – 4:45pm | Fri: 7:45am – 11:45am

Do you have the drive to lead a high-volume stores operation and play a key part in a wider supply chain function?

A long-standing manufacturer with a global customer base is seeking a Stores Supervisor to oversee inbound logistics, goods-in, and materials handling across a growing facility. The role is vital to ensuring smooth operational flow to meet strict production and customer delivery timelines.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead a team of 20 across Goods In, Stock Control, and Dispatch
Maintain accurate inventory and materials flow into production
Coordinate daily priorities and resolve supply/logistics issues
Support safety procedures and lead incident investigations
Collaborate across departments including Purchasing, Production, and Quality
Step into a wider leadership role as part of a 3-year succession plan

What We’re Looking For:

Solid background in stores/warehouse/logistics within manufacturing
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
Confident with ERP systems and stock accuracy reporting
Experience with 5S, lean tools, or CI initiatives is advantageous
Ambitious, detail-focused, and ready to take ownership

What’s On Offer:

£32,000 – £36,000 salary DOE
5% matched pension
Early finish on Fridays
