The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Stores Team Clothing & Apparel Coordinator to manage all aspects of clothing, footwear and technical apparel within a high-performance motorsport environment.

The successful candidate will ensure team members are equipped with the correct, high-quality and compliant apparel both at the factory and trackside, while maintaining a highly organised system for stock management, ordering, distribution and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the allocation, distribution and recordkeeping of team clothing, footwear and travel kits.
Manage sizing, fitting, replenishment and rotation of garments to ensure comfort, safety and compliance.
Coordinate and maintain inventory of team apparel, including suits, boots, gloves, underwear, protective items and support equipment.
Handle the allocation and upkeep of pit stop apparel and safety equipment.
Maintain accurate stock control, ensuring adequate inventory is available for events and contingencies.
Support the efficient organisation and distribution of apparel across factory and trackside environments.
Liaise with relevant team members and suppliers to ensure apparel requirements are managed effectively.What You’ll Bring:
Strong organisational and recordkeeping skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working under time pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with drivers, mechanics, engineers and suppliers.
Experience or proficiency in inventory and stock management systems.
A proactive, organised and hands-on approach to managing apparel and equipment.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, high-performance environment
