To ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations, responsible for goods in and out, processing warehouse orders, preparing stock for branch transfers, while serving as the primary operational back up for the Warehouse Admin & Support Coordinator during periods of absence or peak demand.
Order & Despatch Management: Oversee daily stock allocation, generate accurate despatch documentation, and coordinate transport/couriers
Inventory Control: Monitor and replenish workshop consumables and stock items, process stock adjustments and Branch Transfer requests accurately
Certification: Compile and verify job-specific certification and technical documentation packs prior to despatch
Asset & Supplier Coordination: Schedule workshop asset inspections, calibrations, and servicing with third-party suppliers as directed by the Operations Manager.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
Forklift licence experience
IT literate – capable of using inventory software, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and basic logistics tools
Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safe manual handling practices.

Organised and methodical with good attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Physically fit and safety conscious.
