Strong communication skills are vital for this role Influence client decisions and advocate for client needs to negotiate win-win solutions Bachelor\u0027s degree or equivalent years of experience Minimum of 8 years of enterprise-level sales experience Experience with selling SaaS solutions Proven experience with C-Suite interactions Experience with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR application selling is highly desirable, but its expected that you will have good experience of selling to strategic enterprise in your target market selling at the CxO level Experience selling innovative SaaS platform solutions is essential, preferably with technology that employs Artificial Intelligence Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be innovative and resourceful in evolving sales methods to optimise new product success Demonstrated success at territory management and ability to prioritise among a high volume of opportunities to optimise quarterly bookings with linearity Experienced in with the challenger sales model Experience driving RFP\u0027s and RFI\u0027s in a Bid Manager role Quick understanding of prospect\u0027s needs and wishes is essential Team player who takes the lead in driving initiatives, working across teams (Product Management, SDR, Sales Engineering, Marketing) and structuring approaches to new opportunities Excellent commercial communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) and a disciplined approach and strong relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, solve problems creatively, think on his/her feet, and be comfortable in new situations working with multiple stakeholders Experience our comprehensive benefits, a competitive base salary, and eligibility for equity awards and discretionary bonuses or commissions.
