Strategic Accountant

As the Strategic Accountant, you’ll be at the centre of financial planning, treasury, and development strategy. You’ll lead the creation and maintenance of the business plan, manage treasury operations, and act as a key business partner to the development team.

This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence investment decisions, refinancing strategies, and long-term sustainability.

• Lead the development and stress testing of the financial model
• Manage treasury strategy, loan obligations, and covenant compliance
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and regulatory financial monitoring returns
• Partner with the development team to review appraisals and financial assumptions
• Support refinancing

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong financial modelling and/or treasury management and/or finance business partnering skills
• Experience in business partnering and strategic financial planning
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team across multiple sites
